As a postgraduate International Business & Commercial Law student at ARU, you’ll advance your knowledge of fundamental themes such as commercial contracts, transnational commercial law and international commercial arbitration.
You’ll gain a unique insight into how the grammar of law was shaped that you can take all over the world after graduation.
By studying LLM International Business & Commercial Law, you’ll advance your logical reasoning, critical analysis, and independent judgement skills, empowering you to critically appraise how international laws are created and enforced, and apply legal discourse to the regulation of transnational business and commerce.

Bachelors Degree with honours (must have completed some Law modules) and at a minimum final classification of lower second (2:2) or equivalent or
Anglia Ruskin University MBA or equivalent Masters.
